Here's a video on how to connect a credit card

After successfully linking your account, you may want to remove certain cards attached to your login. 

Here's how:
  1. On the screen showing "You have successfully linked your account," select the settings icon under the card you want to remove from the list Image Placeholder
  2. On the next window select "Delete Account" Image Placeholder
  3. Check the box on the next window and click "Delete" Image Placeholder
  4. You have successfully deleted the account. Image Placeholder
